A withdrawal can take up to 48 hours, this is an estimated time it can be much quicker. After tgat thry told me it can sometimes take longer, but within the next 24 hours it will get processed. Now they say as soon as it is processed you wil get informed. So i asked when i can expect this, they say soon, so this can mean anything , hours days weeks. Most casino's oay really Quick as soon as you are verified, within minutes, but they told me it is processed first in, so they are the only online casino which has tgat many withdrawals they have to take this long of a period and still not sure how much longer it will take. filefileI asked it monday, i was already verified, got an email withdrawal is succesfull, fill in bankdetails, first time it looked like it was saved, but a few minutes later looked like it did not save the bankdetails. So i asked in chat why it did not save, he said no it is saved, will be processed in 48 hours. I have all the chat transscript emailed to me. I know casinoguru has the 2 weeks for withdrawal, but if they say 48 hours why dont they pay it, now it is going to be 4 days, still nothing??? On the top ofvthe screenshot you can see i am already verified.

Hello, still no payment of my withdrawal, they keep saying, we escalated it with priority, i contact them daily ,the email gets undelivered status as well so i keep chatting, but they dont pay, i see something here where it says they dont allowed players from the Netherlands? Is that correct? I am verified on there site, in that case can i get my money back the loses are bigger than this withdrawal
