Yes i would like to reopen a complaint. Especially since I got an email from their apparent security department email saying my ID is expired. But that is impossible since the ID I used is my Hong Kong national ID which does not have an expiry date and it clearly states above the date that it is the issue date. I have serious concerns about the competence of the verification team at this casino it seems they cannot read simple English. Please note that they said they could not accept my driving licence since it is damaged a bit but it was verified fine last time around because you can still see all the details fine on the licence.

If the matter is related to a resolved complaint, I would choose the reopen request; the button should be available in the complaint.

If there is no option or it is a new issue, I would submit an entirely new complaint request with the best possible description of the events.

So, I just got another rejection email. they now want a copy of my passport. Issue is my passport is expired so I can't use it for KYC. Even though they said my HK ID card was an acceptable form of ID. This place loves to change the requirements as and when it suits them to make withdrawal of funds extremely tedious. I have provided a driving licence which they said was damaged so cannot be used. A PASS card in the UK which is a proof of identity card and finally now my HK ID. Their online support is no help at all and extremely rude.thinking if I should report this website to cyber crimes as a scam casino

I spoke to love support and asked about what IDs they accept and if HK ID eas one. now they say they do not have a list and to follow the email. definitely thier way of stalling withdrawals because previously they answered that a HK ID is an acceptable form of ID. funny how quickly they change thier tune. I think I should report this site to cyber crimes cause what they are doing is criminal

So another update previously I asked if my Hong Kong ID card was an acceptable form of ID in thier live chat, which they confirmed it was. Now when I ask they have changed tunes and are saying they do not have access to what constitutes as valid ID. definitely them making up any reason to delay my withdrawl. the most funny thing is they say they request the most minimal amount of documents, I laughed at them and corrected them that they do not ask for the minimum if anything they ask for more than is required and keep changing what they want for ID KYC

I tried to submit a new complaint but the site is not allowing me to as it says I already have an active complaint against the same casino. But when I go and check the complaint there is a message saying you are reviewing the reopening of the complaint.

Hi, that's probably okay because you can't reopen one case and lodge another against the same casino at the same time. That's why I instructed you to decide between those two options. To be certain, though, did you go for the reopen request using the button or by sending an email to your former mediator? If so, the mediators will look at the reopen request; after that we will know much more, I reckon.

Neither, when i went to try reopen the case, there was already a message saying it was being reviewed. however the case still has not been reopened.

Four hours is still quite a short time for a deposit that is showing as pending, so I wouldn't assume yet that the money has been lost. Sometimes a payment can leave your bank account while the casino or payment provider is still waiting for the transaction to be confirmed.

The screenshots are worth keeping, though, especially since they show both sides of the transaction.

For now, I definitely wouldn't make another deposit just to see whether the next one goes through. Give this one some time to settle first. If it remains pending, ask the casino for the transaction/payment reference and also check with your bank or payment provider to see whether they can confirm where the payment is currently sitting.
