I’d say that if this continues and the casino still can’t explain what the problem is or what you need to submit differently, I would consider opening a complaint with us.

Especially since you were already verified at the same casino before, and you’re now having issues with the same ID document or something similar, I don’t think that’s entirely normal. It would probably be worth letting our team look into the situation and see what they can find out.

Yes i would like to reopen a complaint. Especially since I got an email from their apparent security department email saying my ID is expired. But that is impossible since the ID I used is my Hong Kong national ID which does not have an expiry date and it clearly states above the date that it is the issue date. I have serious concerns about the competence of the verification team at this casino it seems they cannot read simple English. Please note that they said they could not accept my driving licence since it is damaged a bit but it was verified fine last time around because you can still see all the details fine on the licence.
