I'm not sure if I'm understanding this correctly. So you had a bonus and you met the requirements. After meeting them, you had 10k left? And you had to keep playing? Why? Didn't this bonus have a maximum cashout limit, which is why they told you that you were only entitled to 250? Did you see this somewhere, or could you please send me the details of the bonus you were playing with?
Yes! And yes! The more I played the more I was told the requirement wasn’t met until the balance came down. The only bonus chip that was still available to see was $550 total. Yet, I’m told I’ve met the requirement which I took a picture of then they say the cash out is $250. They aren’t being honest!
I really don't understand why they kept asking you to keep playing if you had already met the wagering requirements.
But what I noticed in the Terms is that every no-deposit bonus has a maximum cashout limit. So if the screenshot I see with the free chip is the one you used, then the maximum cashout limit must have been listed somewhere along with it.
