yea so I made 15 deposits and they didn't want to honor their promotion for $150 chip so then I messaged the casino and then they finally begrudgingly gave it to me and did not mention that there was a cap on the bedding limit of five dollars anyways I racked up about 8 or 10,000 and then they said it was all null and void because I went over $5 had I been able to redeem the coupon myself instead of having it manually entered by the casino I would have read the terms and conditions

A bonus credited manually by support can still carry the usual bonus conditions, including a maximum bet. The agent not mentioning that limit doesn't automatically mean it didn't apply. Do you still have the original promotion and the conversation where support added the chip? Those would help establish what you were offered and whether you were directed to any conditions.
