Jeg åbnede en konto hos Neospin og indsatte ved et uheld $550 i stedet for $50, jeg kontaktede straks live chat og forklarede tastefejlen, og at jeg havde brug for pengene tilbage. Forsøg på at hæve det på min konto blev ved med at blive afvist. Jeg sendte mange desperate e-mails, der forklarede min situation, og at det økonomiske ville have en akut indvirkning på mig, hvilket forårsagede stor nød. Endnu en gang loggede jeg ind på kontoen for at se, om jeg kunne hæve, og den blev låst med en besked, der sagde selvudelukkelse, hvilket jeg ikke gjorde. Jeg mailede kundesupport for at spørge, hvad der foregik, og svaret var, at de havde lukket min konto, fordi de tager ansvarligt spil meget alvorligt! Hvilket ikke gav nogen mening, da mine $549 stadig er derinde.. og nu er jeg bekymret for, at de lige har lukket det, så de ikke behøver at refundere mine penge 😰 Jeg har sendt en e-mail til dem adskillige gange i håb om forsikring om, at jeg i sidste ende vil få refunderet, men det eneste de siger er, at din anmodning bliver behandlet. .. For mig siger dette, at det kunne nægtes! Har nogen beskæftiget sig med Neospin før? Kan de bare beholde mit indskud og lukke min konto?
Hello I’m hoping someone can put my mind at ease. I opened an account with Neospin and accidentally deposited $550 instead of $50, I immediately contacted live chat and explained the typo error and that I needed the money back. Trying to withdraw it in my account kept getting rejected. I sent many desperate emails explaining my situation and that financial this was going to acutely effect me which was causing great distress. Once again, I logged into the account to see if I could withdraw and it was locked with a message that said self exclusion which I did not do. I emailed customer support to ask what was going on and there response was they had closed my account because they take responsible gambling very seriously! Which made no sense, as my $549 is still in there.. and now I’m worried they just closed it so they won’t have to refund my money 😰 I have emailed them numerous times hoping for reassurance that I will eventually get refunded but all they say is your request is being processed. .. To me this say it could be denied!Has anyone dealt with Neospin before? Can they just keep my deposit and close my account?
