We always aim for this, and that is why I asked the casino's live chat directly about everything. To my questions, I actually never got any answers, as they only reply with some genuine messages, and there is no way you can contact them by email either, so I took the opportunity to contact those users who wrote their user reviews and asked for some help from them.

As for now the user reviews were taken down until we get some more information from the above-mentioned users regarding their reviews.

Let me tell you, though, it really gets more and more difficult to keep track of the genuine reviews, and believe you me, we give to it our everything.

Hi everyone,

I’m a UK player with a Platinum Level 4 account at Dimebit who has a 25,000 CAD withdrawal pending for several days (much longer than usual). My current balance is over 95,000 CAD (~$72k USD).

Key details:

• KYC was submitted earlier and fully approved — I was told I could continue playing and withdrawing.

• I have screenshots of the withdrawal limit policy they sent ( €5k or €10k per month depending on balance vs deposits).

• Support (Emily D and others) keeps giving generic replies: "finance team is reviewing", "sent to provider, awaiting response", etc. No specific provider name, no timeline, no escalation to VIP/senior team despite multiple requests.

• I have Platinum LV4 status and full chat logs showing the back-and-forth.

I’ve escalated via live chat multiple times and plan to contact them again today. Has anyone else experienced long delays with large withdrawals at Dimebit recently? Especially high-tier players?

Any advice on next steps would be appreciated. I’ll update this thread with any progress.

Hello, I checked the system, and there have been only two user reviews thus far, so not much to work with. Posts in this specific thread are also a bit older, and your complaint is the first of its kind submitted against this casino; therefore, I guess we have to wait for the casino to conclude the investigation and tell us whether the outcome is positive or not.

I imagine it's frustrating, but even the complaint is based on what the casino is going to do next. Maybe it's just a matter of time until finance approves the transactions and everything will be fine.
