I have a friend that has a little bit money in the account and he said that nobody has been in contact. But the sum is so little that he may not bother to email them and complain. That is why i believe they will keep the money in a case nobody asks for the money. Which does not sound right to me as well. but i hope people still follow this thread. Is it possible for you to send a notification to everyone who has chatted here or made a complaint during last 1,5 years? That could spread the word better.

Hm, I don't think this will be possible because there would be quite a lot of people and on the other hand I believe that not all of those who were harmed had to write something or come to our forum. Of course it's a nice thought and I identify with it, but I don't see how it would be possible to notify so many players about this situation. 

However, what your friend said is exactly what I would think players would do if they only have some small change in the account. 

However, I strongly believe that everyone who goes through this thread will be lucky and will get money if they have some there.

Yay! I have had correspondence from Elite which sounds encouraging.

Though my withdrawal will be made in 5 payments to me over the next 4 months. First payment is due this week so am hopeful.

Few times they paid me few days later than we agreed, but on those occasions I sent an email to Maciej and he rushed the payment to happen asap. But the most important thing is to get the funds back to you 🙂
