Why haven’t you opened a complaint yet if you’re having a problem with the casino? I already shared the link with you, and I think that would be the most useful next step now.

From what I’ve seen, the casino has already managed to resolve another complaint, and it has also responded to our team in another player’s case. So I wouldn’t be too quick to label the casino a scam when there still seems to be a realistic chance of getting help and the casino appears willing to communicate.

I’d recommend submitting the complaint so our team can look into your case properly.

Until our team reviews your case and establishes that the casino acted unfairly or that there is sufficient evidence to consider it a scam, we cannot present that as a fact.

You have the opportunity to support your claims with evidence if you open a complaint. Until then, please avoid repeatedly posting the same accusations across the forum. If this continues without bringing anything new to the discussion, your forum access may be restricted.
