Hi! Yesterday I registered at FairPari. Today I've deposited 15€ via Neteller. Afterwards I went to the "deposits" section, to deposit another 15€, but I found out that no deposit method was available and an "Authorization error" message was present in the place of the previously available deposit methods. Then I've filled in all the info in my profile and linked my mobile number (believing that this would solve the problem), but still nothing...

Also I tried to place a bet both on a roulette game and a sports game, to try out if at least this works normally, but even that is not possible.. Before depositing when I chose a bet event, in the bet column on the right the "Maximum amount:" had a specific sum (let's say 65.23€), depending on the casino/sports game.

After I deposited funds it says "Maximum amount: 00"... and if I try to place the bet an error message appears saying "The stake limit for this event is 0".

Lastly I went to withdraw, but on the withdraws section the Neteller method isn't available...

What's going on? Has anyone else encountered all of this before on FairPari or other 1xBet-like casinos?

Hello Romi! The money are visible for the time being - I just checked. And yes, I contacted support, told them about the problem and they gave me a generic answer, that the restrictions are in accordance with their terms and conditions. I asked the operator to be more specific, but instead he moved on to ask for my rating on his (non-existent) problem-solving approach... 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I'm posting the screenshot of the conversation between the operator and me, to see for yourself Romi.

For deposits no.. there is an "Authorization error" message in their place. For withdrawals the only method missing is Neteller, which is the one I used to deposit...

Do you have any winnings you would like to withdraw, though?

In that case, they should allow you to withdraw it by using some other payment method, for sure.

I don't have any winnings, because from the start they don't allow me to bet (as I wrote on my 1st post).. I would like my deposit back, sure, if they are not going to let me play on their online casino. But they don't provide me for withdrawal the method I deposited with, which is Neteller. For the other withdraw options (Skrill, BinacePay, Cryptos) I don't have accounts and I don't intend to create. The right thing is to let me withdraw my money with the same method they allowed me to deposit..

Unfortunately, though, if they don't offer that method for withdrawal, you have to choose some other one in order to get your money, you know.

Also, if the casino is unable to fix the issue and you still can't play there, they should give you your deposit back, of course, and if you experience more issues with that, perhaps our complaint team could help.

Surely think about it.
