God morgen fyre. In any case it is completely understandable from my point of view that sometimes the staff is overloaded with withdrawal requests (to be honest only with this betting company I had such a problem) but what is not understandable is the customer service which every time gave me different answers.

Yes, I understand that there is always a different answer and you don't even know where you stand. 

However, verification is necessary even if you bet only on matches. At least I've encountered it, so nothing unusual for me. 

Of course, the most important thing was that you got your money, and if you were bothered by the length of the withdrawal, you can try somewhere else. 🙂
