Write an email to the resolver who handled your complaint with a request to reopen it.

You've already been waiting quite a long time, and I think you did yourself a disservice by leaving the complaint unanswered.

So try to reopen it, and if there's a problem, let me know.

Maybe it is time for a downgrade in score. I now have been waiting 4 weeks for payment and they just dont respond or pay! I just read through this thread and I see dozens of same complaint.


Can we get a little help here?

Hello, that's a long time to wait for your money. Did the casino tell you why you didn't receive anything, or did they not say a word to you for the whole month?

In that case, I would file a complaint with us, and I believe we will be able to find out something or resolve the issue.

Jaro, pointen er, at dette casino slet ikke har udbetalt penge i flere måneder og bliver ved med at finde på nye undskyldninger for, hvorfor det ikke vil. Har du kigget på denne diskussionstråd?

Hver eneste positive anmeldelse af dette casino er fra brugere, der registrerede sig samme dag og efterlod en positiv anmeldelse med standardiserede sætninger. Så det er meget sandsynligt, at det hele er falsk. Dette casino snyder sine kunder, og alligevel reklamerer de for det til dine brugere med så positive anmeldelser.

I saw this thread. That's why it's good to file a complaint. Since the beginning of the year, four have been filed, two of which the players have stopped responding to. The casino does not have a single unresolved complaint. So if there are players here who have a problem, they can always contact us. It is important to do so when they have such issues. 

As for user reviews, we monitor them closely. Lately, they have been more bad than good, and the ones you are talking about are from 11 months ago. But we will definitely look into it, it's not like we can't miss anything. Sometimes it only becomes apparent later and is not so clear at first glance. So if something is wrong, user reviews that are not honest will be deleted.
