Hi there I am messaging in regards to Mr. bat I accidentally made at another account. Not realizing that I did have another account already made. I didn’t play on the first account very much but my second account I played quite a bit and deposited and quite a bit of money. Well recently I won $4000 on my second account and they realize that I had one and they close my account and took my $4000 now I’m wondering if there’s anyway possible I can fight to get my money please somebody help me.

I am afraid your most direct option is to make an appeal to the casino's management, claiming that you made an honest mistake. For example, when that happens and the unlucky player files a complaint to our dedicated mediators, the first step is to determine whether the player benefited in any way from making multiple accounts. Therefore, I suppose your claim that you played little is not comparable to, say, a bonus abuser who makes numerous accounts in order to obtain a number of generous welcome bonuses.

What management team are we talking about, please? I have no way of providing casino management contact. You should try to get in touch with the casino and resolve the matter with them. That's the first step. I thought you've already tried.
