hi.can i get help against this casino?she doesn't want to pay my money because she said I have 2 accounts.but I won the prize with real money.I have never used a bonus..I paid in real money and won.I forgot my previous user account. but I only played with real money there too.I just opened a new account. and now too I played with real money. I managed to win but it doesn't pay the money.and an IP address has only 1 owner i am.and is also included in the contract :3.4. I did not commit fraud. because I have never played with a bonus here. only with real money.

Allow me to say, that you actually violated the terms the moment you created the second account. You also mentioned your mother, did she play in the casino too, please?
If she played using the same internet connection, the IP address should be the same, I'm afraid.
In such a case, it's crucial to make sure whether you or your mother gained some advantage over the casino by using multiple accounts, or accounts within the same household, and under what circumstances the winnings were acquired.

Radka!I didn't mention my mother.the problem is that, in principle, hot.bet said that I broke the rules because my account had been before.but I never used bonus. and both numbers are listed under the same name. at an address. and with a bank card.I just forgot to log in. and I lost that email. ceased.and i opened new account,hot.bet.I didn't claim bonuses or ask for free games. I played with my own money. i deposit for my real money.the contract states that you can merge such accounts.

I deposited at hot.bet 7 times each 100 EUR.
Every deposit was under amother name on my statment of account (see attached PDF) and there was not mentioned that is was for casino but for hotelbooking, flighbooking, purchase of goods etc.
The names were:
- Ninte DEV ltd Festac NG
- Memphis IT Support ltd Ikeja NG
- keypointstores ltd Surulere NG
- igservice Lagos NG
- Azeem Ani. Aba NG
- Konsultant Weezy Wuse NG
- Zanibal LLC Abuja NG
The name Hot.Bet or Bellona N.V. did not appear on any deposit but for that 7 different companies in reference to Nigeria!!! Why Nigeria? Hot.bet says that they are licenced in Curacao.
Although my account at hot.bet was in EUR, hot.bet used USD and they calculated with a good currancy rate for them so that each deposit of actually 100 EUR was about 107 EUR + 1,75% VISA got for the currency conversion. This was not agreed.
I asked Hot.bet several times during the last 8 month to explain why they debited to much and why under several names. They only told me all the time that the request is in progress and they get back to me soon. Since 8 month!!!
HotBet says that they are allowed to offer Casinogames to german customers. But that ist a lie. They are not in the White List which lists every single Casino which is allowed.to offer such games online

the casino is not licensed in Germany, I take it as a good reason for you to find a licensed casino instead. Honestly, even the reputation is quite low:

It is licensed under Curacao, did you try to contact the licensing authority instead? I would also check the rules for fees, maybe you'll find the answer there, maybe you don't.
