they answered pretty fast a few minutes only after, and they told me i can cashout and they would cover the non wager fee, i requested 3 cash out max limit of the day 500 € and i wait to see when they cash out will be completed

They only bad thing is that you have to wager your deposit (with out bonus) 5x on blackjack or 3x on slots or If you ask earlier cash out they keep a fee 10% of the cash out

yes of course, but its just a disadvantage of the casino, just in the discussion part of the forum, maybe a player never read the rules and see it here,
