would love some legal advice around this site.
2 nights ago whilst using a bonus with a make of $1000 withdrawal I won $4317 roughly as per the requirements and if I was to collect I would forfeit any credits over so I collected and waited. the $1000 was paid into my account and the other $3k roughly was forfeited leaving me $0 balance. I went back in and deposited more money $49 to be exact which ment if i were to win I would only get $4979 of the winning max as it was withdrawal amount 100x. So i went into this game and to my surprise there must have been a glitch or something buT I went into the game to find that I was on free spins must of been from the previous time i was playing it. now heres the problem during those free spins I won all up approx 15k I was over the moon couldnt believe it and knowing cause of my deposit I was only going to be able to withdraw 4900k. So i made the decision to withdraw the 15k and accept i was going to loose the 15k but i would still get $4997 so I wwas happy with that. Well the site is now saying that I physically broke there rules and saved the game, this is not physically possible instead I think it could be a glitch there end but they are refusing to pay any of it at all and only gave me back the 49 i put in.
that was a win i physically got and they have taken it all from me. can someone pleas ehelp me to try and got the money back please i won this I cant control how there system works so how can they take this money off me it was there system that failed and i do believe that money should be paid to me.
legally can anyone help me get the money back this is such bullshit.

Our complaint team will try to mediate your issue to the casino, and hopefully, they will communicate with us, so we can investigate the whole matter.
Otherwise, we are unable to do much if the casino is not willing to cooperate, you know.
