The took it all, including loyalty points earned. They send an email stating my withdrawl request was denied to to bet placed over the limit. This is suppose to "protect the player". But I can’t help but feel the design could be intentional. The people that crest ans design these games aren’t stupid. I can’t imagine they wouldn’t see how there could be a risk to the player wagering more than intended with the placement of the increased bet coupled with the fact that they advertise and encourage the use of mobile devices (ie, mobile specific bonuses etc). I hope this complaint at least generates enough player awareness so it doesn’t happen to someone else, and rtg fixes this in the future. It further exposes how rtg not only turns a blind eye to casinos that use their software and deny payouts , take months at times to get payouts (I’ve waited over a few weeks to get 500 dollars of a 2000 dollar payout and they did this four times when they advertise a 3 day turn around and 2500 max)are now engaging in their own element of unfairness. Fair play is the cornerstone of the player to casino relationship. And I can tell you, for some reason it’s gotten worse since the start of 2021 even with rtg casinos that I once had some level of trust and long term relationship with. Jackpot capitol is the ONLY casino I haven’t had an issue with and I’ve played at 20 different rtg casinos over the last two years.

So do I understand it correctly that you played with a bonus and placed bets higher than maximum allowed bet according to the bonus terms and conditions or have you played with your own money?
Well I can tell you the place doesn't stand true to their word they sent me a message granting me 10 free spins at no charge is exactly what the message said and they obviously should have known that my prior bonus was a free bonus okay well that's not my point my point being they knew that they still sent the message stating 10 free Ben's at no charge specifically said that and when I go to redeem it they would not allow me and I asked them why and they don't have very good answer because they refuse to give me the spins but they sent me a message granting them to me so that is not standing by the word so that's not trustworthy at all and it's very misleading definitely false advertising

I'd say that 10 free spins are not such a great bonus, so no big harm done.
I can see it's more about common honesty. Fine, honesty is important.
I'm missing one thing here - what did they tell you as a reason, please?
They said it was because I've already had a free bonus but they didn't mention the fact that I've already put money into the casino three times with no win which that's nothing new but the fact is maybe one free bonus but I put money in three times not taking anything out
I see, well it is a business standard that only one active bonus is allowed.
I'm sure it can be found somewhere in their Terms and Conditions.
It's not fair to advertise players with free offers they can't claim, but I understand that these promos can be sent or offered automatically so nobody checks this beforehand.
I understand that you may feel like you deserve something for free because you did not win, maybe you should seek a casino with some cashback program. 🙂

they void winnings of $7100 !!!!

I'm afraid I have nothing positive to add at the moment. I check the complaint and have a feeling we have to get some explanation from the casino first. The way I see it, there are various possible reasons, so without a clear explanation, we can all only guess. I just know when casinos suspect a fraud - usually bound to the fund's issue or anything related, they are not quite interested to share details with players.
We shall see how the complaint proceeds. Try to stay calm. 🙏
I had a situation a few years ago that I posted about here at Casino Guru under Slotastic casino. I have simply decided that since Slotastic and Jackpot Capital are owned by the same company that I wanted to duplicate notice of the situation to readers here as well. I do realize there is a long gap in time, but I remain unpaid (~$2500) and the situation still bothers me. A few years ago, I was unaware of Slotastic's sister brands.
