Hello there.
What about the verification, have you passed it successfully? It could be the reason why your account got blocked suddenly. Some casinos just block accounts until the players are fully verified.

Hi Radhika,
Thanks for looking into below issue, and I was an old user, and they suddenly blocked my account.
Although I received email, from them, post my review on Casino Guru, that my withdrawal is released from thier end.
