It's quite simple. There are casinos with the same management and there's quite a lot of complaints against these casinos that were justified.
They also have unfair terms and conditions. For example:

The fact remains that Diamond Reels Casino has been a "Total Blessing" for me and my mom. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in late January and early February of last year, my mom and I had to play on internet casinos. Brick-and-Mortar casinos were closed.
