it would need more details to figure out what seems to be the problem in this case. Did you use the one-time generated card, I wonder?

I would expect that the casino must suggest what is wrong, or what's missing.

Have you tried to ask the bank about it, please?

I sent an email to support@kajot-casino.com and it bounced back saying:


"The response from the remote server was: 454 TLS not available due to server configuration issue"


There is no live chat any more either so I don't know how to contact them.


Are they on the way out?

A small bonus has not been credited so I tried to contact them about that. It is not a major issue - I am more concerned that my email bounced back as it could be something of a red flag.

Don't they have any live chat? Do their emails not work, and do yours get bounced back or just go unanswered?

No, there's no live-chat anymore. I've tried 3 or 4 different email addresses, and every single time all of my messages bounces back with error. They do have a discord channel, but no answer from them through that either.


And I can't call their number from where I live. It's a matter of urgent responsible gambling issue, so it's super annoying that there's no way to contact them.
