I have read recently that the Genesis group who have 12 online casinos in their group have had their license revoked due to breaking a rule in their license. Speculation says it is to do with them having 3 versions of a slot with different RTP's ranging from 96% to as low as 91%. Can anybody shed any light on this and could this be happening elsewhere. Surely from a players point of view this is deemed unfair. How many more online casinos could be caught out.
It's probably just rumour. But some game providers have this feature build directly from the manufacturer, so casinos can choose on which RTP settings they wish to operate. (most of the casinos work with highest or second-highest settings) In each game, you can check the RTP by clicking on info. (it's not a secret, and each game shows the actual RTP settings there)
I very much think this is true. I have my favorite games so I try them at every casino and my wins/bonuses are wildly different at some casinos.

At least every casino should display the RTP for every game, but some casinos don't do it. Then you hardly know if the RTP was changed.
