Would suggest everyone to be aware of unethical practices and avoid this casino, and other DAMA casinos.
The casino group retroactively enforce persistent limits that are not in the terms.
what this means - even if you play with cash balance they may restrict how much you win.
Makes me wonder why casinoguru only connect a few DAMA casinos tho to share blackpoints from this groups policy ? There’s plenty more.
I see all the connected ones dropped a lot in the safety score from unresolved complaints.

When you talk about the limits and that the casino applies it, how much can you win? Is it per day or other time period?
As far as the casinos in the group are concerned, I don't know exactly where you are going with this and what you mean. What other casinos do you think should be part of this?

For example, what casinos do you mean that were not impacted on our side? I looked in our system and I only saw a few that are also in the reviews as sister sites. I would ask if you could give a specific example. 🙂

I've seen them already. But I checked our system and even though there are several casinos under Dama N.V as you listed, not all of them have the same relationships. Related to Kingdom Casino are the ones you see in the review and that's why their safety index as a group has been lowered based on complaints.
However, not every casino in Dama N.V has the same people and therefore the fact that they have the same owner is probably the only thing that connects them. That's why other casinos weren't affected by the complaints.

It is certainly good that you try to inform the players about your case, because that way you can protect each other.
