In order to lower safety index, you should open a complaint but if it is sports betting related it won't be possible because we are not dealing with these.
Unfortunately, we don't have experts in this field and can't evaluate the outcome objectively.
But, in order to help other players you can write about your experience and they will at least see it.

Played mainly casino but also some sports. The communication was good for the first days when i lost some. Even with my first 2 withdrawals until i managed yo breakeven. After that they canceled my withdrawal every 3-4 days and now it is on pending for 1 month.no response.they leave me on seen on chat or telegram

So if you've played casino and not just sports, then that's fine and we'll try to help. But I see that nothing has changed and a month in a pending state is quite a lot. I don't know what to say since this is not the way a casino should behave but I strongly believe that we can do something about it.
