The money was never withdrawn. I saw that some people did manage to withdraw their funds, but that was before December 25. After the 25th, withdrawals stopped. Another problem is that technical support has been unavailable for two days now. I've been checking every hour for two days, and as usual, there's no support. The situation is extremely unpleasant. My account has been fully verified. However, I have not received any feedback from the casino. I have contacted customer support several times, but have not received any response.
