I want to report a serious problem with Krikya casino.
I deposited 1000 BDT and accepted a first-time deposit bonus. I played normally and completed the required turnover. After playing sportsbook and live casino games, my balance reached 22,073 BDT.
I then requested a withdrawal of 22,000 BDT. After that, my account was suddenly locked and I cannot log in anymore. The support team accused me of "scamming" or "bonus abuse" but they did not provide any proof.
I only have one account and I played fairly. If any rule was violated, the casino should provide clear evidence instead of blocking my account and confiscating my winnings.

My problem is not delayed payment. The casino voided my winnings without any clear reason. I played normally and won the money, but later the casino cancelled my winnings.
