I watched the video. Good information but I have experienced other things. If I find the slots are not paying at a casino, I have contacted chat service and complained the slots are tight. Right after I do that they loosen up and start paying, So the casino controllers can loosen them up. It's computer software not like a land based slot machine.

I mean, I worked in a casino and we've never had such a thing that would allow us to adjust RTP on slots for individual players. I put limits on my deposits...I find that some casinos give a win immediately yes they make it happen and some let you keep depositing until they decide you should win. That can be costly.

Limits are a good thing for sure. I still have my doubts about the rest of your information though.
