Can someone explain to me why all the reviews are good on this casino but its a 2.2 rating i dont get it ???

Hi, I’ve looked into this as well. I have a feeling there might be some kind of pattern at play, but I’m not 100% sure yet—which means the user reviews have been approved. But if it turns out they’re not honest, we’ll contact the casino and see how the situation develops.

They are just ignoring my request to close the account, i'm trying it for a week now all i get is the same reply

They dont even bother to read my emails, spamming the same message over and over to reconsider.

Reason why i want to close the account is im stopping with gambling and second of all they dont have a license to operate here.

I don’t think there’s much more you need to do at this point. If the casino is ignoring your requests to close your account or keeps trying to convince you to stay, I think it’s understandable for a casino to try to persuade a player once because they don’t want to lose them.

However, if the player continues to stand by their decision and clearly wants to close their account, the casino shouldn’t keep trying to convince them indefinitely or refuse to close the account.
