The way I see it, you are only warned about the payment method. According to the printscreen, it does not say your account isn't verified now.

It only says you are supposed to use the same payment option used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited by Skrill, for the withdrawal you must pick the Skrill option as well.

I guess it is worth a try. Do that, then let us know how it went, ok?

Hello thank you for your attention, I registered my account on Lobbet as a Moroccan, as it was the available at the time. However, I have been facing difficulties with verifying my account. When I contacted the support team, they advised me to send my documents via email for verification. Despite my multiple attempts, I have not received any response from them yet.

I’ll keep trying to contact them and get my account verified but I kinda want reassurance that if I got verified the Skrill option will be available to withdraw, because thats the only way I can get my money

So for the moment, it sounds more like a technical issue to me. You know, I got a bit worried when you wrote only Montenegro or Serbia options are available to pass the verification. Luckily the casino offered an alternative.

When did you send those documents, please? Trying to get the full picture of the process you're undertaking now. 🤔

As goes for the payment option usually the casinos prefer the same option for deposit and withdrawal, sadly it's subject to change based on the options available for the current moment. I would ask the support or chat agent strictly about that. Just to be prepared.
