They constantly make excuses about paying out winnings.
I did receive one lot of winnings but currently I've been waiting 13 working days for a withdrawal I requested on the 18th September.

They say that the delay is caused by a high volume of workloads. They also say that they have escalated my concerns to the relevant department but I still hear nothing by email.

Sure, we give casinos 14 days to pay out players, so I would recommend filing a complaint with us, and while you wait for your money, we will try to investigate the whole situation and if you don't get it, contact the casino.
