Deposited a couple of hundred £ managed to win around £800.. verified my profile all passed requested a withdrawal of £700 and they cancelled it after 4 days due to a security audit, emailed support multiple times as live chat doesn’t work to see what / if I need to do anything but no response

Do I understand correctly that a game provider requested to do checks now?

Do not use this site!! I withdrew £1700 on the 9th November,and mrthrills cancelled it on the 19th for no reason,i had to start the withdrawal process again which takes 7- 21 days!! This is definitely a fraudulent site, they are doing everything they can to not give me my money. I will be reporting this website.

Have they at least explained the reason for the cancelation?
If you wish, you can file a complaint here, where our team will try to get in touch with the casino regarding this issue.
Unfortunately, though, when it comes to casinos with such low ratings, we are unsure if there will be any willingness from them to communicate, so let's hope for the best.

Hello, I guess you are unable to see the casino review; hopefully this screenshot serves as a warning.

I hope they will pay you eventually, but I strongly recommend leaving the site. the last time we checked, it was completely unlicensed (fake licensed) and very dangerous.
