Can u guys take a closer look at this site? I'm going to be submitting a complaint but I wanna wait a few more weeks. Check out trustpilot see what people are saying I feel like ppl need to kno what's going on. This site isn't right. I've got alot of cash sitting in there right now

I'll get back to you in a few more days I wanna see how this plays out . I do appreciate the quick response but I can even log in right now. The reviews u guys have are pages upon pages of one star reviews on two different places. I wanna give some extra time to see if I get paid out without a targeted investigation. I been playing loyally with myplay for awhile now I haven't had issues but haven't tried to cash out. Go look at the trust pilot reviews yourself. And your site wouldn't even load all day today your verification process has been a nightmare . I dont like being made to feel like I'm a criminal. I understand u have a job to do on the slight chance there laundering or something else going on but it seems to be a little much. I'll be in touch in a few days. And again I do appreciate your concern I just hope it's genuine. I'll be back Thursday to continue this conversation give some extra time to see how this plays out but as if right now I haven't been able to log in for 18 hrs site won't even load maybe I can explain that right now ? Thanks

Yes I will be back in a few days to share the information with you. U have to understand I want to see if this gets handled properly on its own without a third party site being involved. As a business owner myself I kno what it entails to provide good customer service and how reviews can make or break companies. If my issues get resolved within the two day time span I'll still return and make sure to tell you I was paid out properly. If it's 48 hours it should be 48 hours shouldnt need to complain on sites like this to grab attention . There's alot of unhappy people with your mrplay and the majority are saying the same thing. That you guys don't pay. I hope they are wrong especially with 7k cash out and more in balance . Speak with u Wednesday . Hoping your site loads so I can speak with customer service to provide more info Wednesday . Thanks

Very well, I believe our team is looking to reply on the best way within the time frame. Having said that, if you would like me to try and look into this from my end as well and perhaps speed up the process I would again need your Mr.Play Username.

I get the feeling that you are the casino representative. That's good that you try to help out the player, but I also feel that you are not quite familiar with the forum and its feature yet. That's all right, I'm here to help you. 🙂

This forum doesn't support personal messages, so it would be good if you advise the player on which email address they are supposed to send you their credentials, please.

Another point is that your account has to be manually synced with the brand/brands you wish to represent here, please mind the rules:
