The pragmatic slots lag like crazy. Every 5-15 spins the screen just buffers for like 30 seconds at a time. Takes like an hour to do 100 spins and doesnt look like they care to fix it.


Also, RTP is insanely low here. Some bgaming slot 93% which is totally unacceptable. Not even land based have that low of rtp and their costs are about 100x more than online casinos


Plus bonus wager is 45x...so 45x wager and low rtp...gonna be hard to ever beat wager unless you get crazy lucky.

Your casino is the issue. Not my connection. I tested 5 other casinos and all other casinos were working fine.


I also had a friend from another city go and try and same for them. Fix your slots and dont blame the player.

Yeah, not a great casino to be fair. They do not let you verify before withdrawing, which seems like a bad tactic, and furthermore, they require verification even after verifying with a governmental ID through the banking system, which is a prerequisite when registering through Pay n Play in Finland. This is obviously not the standard. They need to stop thinking customers are idiots and they can get away with anything.


No clue about withdrawals, since the RTPs are abysmal. And yes, RTPs are set by the provider, but the casino can choose which version to buy. The versions here have very bad RTP.

Handy observations. The way I see it is really not a worldwide standard. We're talking about a Curaçao license after all. One of the benefits of a national regulator I found rather early was much easier verification because those casinos usually accept the more convenient ways, like accepting banking identities and so on. Do you have it the same in Finland? You probably do too.

May I know what game provider had, in your opinion, the lowest setup? Furthermore, are all RTPs visible in this casino? I believe this is also an important aspect

I'll start with the first question.


We, unfortunately, do not have a Finnish license system yet. It's monopolized for the time being, but an open license will come in effect between 2026 and 2027. The benefits of this system are, for example, a centralized block button, that functions as a killswitch that enables gambling blocks for problem gamblers on all platforms under that jurisdiction. As for the Curacao casinos, and plenty of Malta and Estonia ones; for Finnish players, you can register via Pay n Play and that basically always functions as verification also, since you have to do so via secure governmental systems.


This, is to be fair, the first instance where I've run into a case where you need double verification. Combined with extremely low withdrawal limits and apparently long waiting times for withdrawals, it's definitely not for me.


As for the games, the RTP is not transparently displayed. Gamomat and Play n Go function at extremely low rates.

Deposit $200 wager $9000 max win you can win is $600.


This is outrageous.

I've seen a few operators reducing the winnings from deposit bonuses recently. It seems like a trend to me.

Thank you for the heads-up. As long as those rules are properly listed and visible to players, however, we all have a chance to stay away from such bonuses. Yet it is always beneficial to have such handy tips here.

The older bonuses had (or some maybe still have) a withdrawal amount of ten times the deposit.
