So i got a chip for 250 free from Lucky Legends. I used it and ended up winning a little over 2000.00. So i satisfied the playthrough and when i was done with that they took out everything so i would have the maximum withdraw balance which was 500.00 which was fine. I played another 100 then went to withdraw my 400.00. That's when all the problems started. They wanted 10 dollars deposit to verify my crypto wallet which i did. That didn't I seem to matter because after that they wanted my ID a utility bill and another crypto address for verification. I had all of this but it took them about 3 days to tell me everything that I needed to send in. So I send everything in, and they tell me it'll be about 7 to 10 days. So this was on the first of this month. It is now the 13th and it is still waiting to be approved. So I got on with customer service and they said I need to send my verification again! Are you serious I just spent three days sending my verification in 2 weeks ago what's going on with this casino they don't pay out!

Laws against this kind of chicanery. I have decided that I will look and try to find some way to hold them responsible for this kind of activity. I can't believe that there is no regulations regarding the length of time it takes for them to process a withdrawal. There is no way that several other online casinos can pay out in 24 hours or less sometimes once all require documentation has been received and this place can't pay out for nearly a month is what I'm being told they try to break it down into seven to 10 business days for this and 7 to 10 business days for that add a real casino nobody waits for more than 5 minutes to get their money that they won.
