Hello, I would say that is quite a difficult question or request. Not always the selections depend on the same conditions for each player. There are a number of things that go into the process that can hold it back, some casinos pay out money quite late and so on, so it probably wouldn't be objective to judge which casino is the best in those terms. 

Obviously I would recommend to check some threads where players write about casinos, user reviews, complaints. 

There you will learn a lot about other people's experiences and maybe you will be able to choose based on that.
