Oplevelser Ikke-klæbende Bonus

Hej,

Hi, thanks for sharing this.

I can understand why this caught you off guard, especially if the bonus was advertised as non-sticky and you believed you were still playing entirely with your own money.

To understand what happened, it would help to look at the specific offer and its terms. The order in which the casino uses your cash and bonus balance is one part of the picture; how it treats winnings when you cancel an active bonus is another.

Could you tell us which casino and bonus this was and share the wording of the rule they referred to? It would also help to know whether your cash balance ever reached zero before those wins and whether you saw any warning about losing winnings when cancelling the bonus.

Have you been informed whether the winnings have been removed, or if they only mentioned that cancelling would result in forfeiture?

I understand you’d like to clarify the situation with the casino before deciding whether to file a complaint. These details would help us see whether their explanation matches the offer and the terms you were given.

What do you think?
