I actually went to customer service and talked to one of the extremely rude scammers that run it. He must have been having a bad day because the way he was talking to me was not right. SCAM.. during verification they usually just need info from you like ID or letters where your name and address is there for verification purposes. They will never ask for money if its a legit casino site..
