I am playing for several hours and have lost a lot already and when I started to win significant I strarted to try withdrawing my wins. All of a sudden my withdrawal request was rejected and I was told by the agent that I was "cheating". She said it was mentioned by the GP (game provider). I don't understand what they are saying that I am cheating. I did not do anything illegal. Then afterwards they seem like confiscated all my winnings for no apparent reason....amounting to PHP60,000+. Then no one is talking to me until now. I am trying to reach out to them, they don't want to talk to me or explain and show and prove how I have cheated in the game. This experience with them is infuriating!!!

Well, this requires more details from the casino. If they fail to explain how exactly did you cheat, I guess you should submit a complaint.

Unfortunately they cannot explain it. I in fact demand it from them, yet they went silent. They said the game provider (Dream Gaming) told them so they only relied upon it without any investigation done. It's a scam written all over it.

Hi, I am very sorry for your troubles. Anyway, despite what they say I would submit a complaint if I were you. At least it helps another players to see the reality and bad reputation of the casino (by Casino Guru rating scale) with the specific example. So players can make decisions to play or not to play there based on more evidence then.

Since Nov. 16 til now I cant withdraw my money and they keep telling system maintenance. Its impossible over 24 hours to have system maintenance. They keep rejecting my withdrawals its 120k its just a small amount compaired what i had lose more or less 1M. file
