This casino is third class and very very bad casino they attract people to play on their platform once you trust this platform they will scam you.they scammed me for 20000 INR i placed withdrawal request but money didn't received in my account also they are giving excuses for delaying sometimes customer care are not also talk .they delayed payment for 8 days and blocked my id also they have no reason to block my id they blocked my account intentionally they don't want to pay me

Okay, so what excuses is the casino giving you, and exactly how long has it been since you’ve been unable to withdraw your money? Were you playing with a bonus?

First time they say you received withdrawal amount in 72 hours them saying 7 days then 14 days and then my account suspended you can see their response to me i added few chat screenshotsfilefilefile

In the first screenshot, they say they’re verifying some of your details. Were those details related to a withdrawal or identity verification?

Then I’m a bit confused by the fact that in the second screenshot, they say the request is still under processing, but the sentence right below it states that the amount has been verified and you should receive the money. This seems like a contradiction to me. Unless they verified you by asking for an ID, confirming your address, bank statements, and the like, I wouldn’t understand it.

If the casino doesn’t pay within 14 days (we give casinos exactly two weeks), then definitely let us know and we’ll try to help you.

This is scam casino they didn't asked me for kyc details,bank statements id proof adress verification , verification they mentioned was never clearly mentioned
