Hey Casino Enthusiasts! I have a little situation, I'd love some input! Soooo... When casinos put out emails to ask for feedback in the form of a survey - and they advertise that they will give away spins/free bet for doing this survey... and the time comes for those "spins" or that "free bet" to be issued and they don't issue it - stating that you are "not on the list", asking me to take a screen shot of the email of that survey (which I have), then asking me to proove that I have done this survey, when there is no way to do that - there is only the information I have sent to them at the end of that survey, where they ask for your player email address, and preference of prize: spins or free bet. I was told tonite that basically it sucks to be me. LOL. Casino Guru, is it appropriate for a casino to troll people's emails for opinions and such? With a false advertisement of a "prize" for doing so? I mean don't get me wrong - spins are fun and all, but the integrity of this casino has basically dissolved during this issue - how they handled this was so shady, I can't even. It did one thing that's for sure: it ensured I would not ever again deposit there, as I cannot trust that should I win something that they won't create a scenario that makes it impossible, like they just did about something so simple as spins.

Was it a direct email from the casino in question or was it a 3rd party email trying to get your details with a scam survey so the can send you more casino sites to try to get you to sign up to?

file it was a direct email. I EVEN SENT THIS TO THEM! haha! Even after showing them this, they claim I wasn't on the list. This is gaslighting if I've ever known it.

Nigeljc59, this is exactly why I am posting this here. To let others know of my experience, which was certainly "low brow" if you ask me - but hey, what do I know? I didn't even do that survey LOL... There has got to be a way of proving such things, otherwise, this is not only shady on the casino's part, but it's trickery - it's asking people to do something for them that they CAN very well afford to pay for if they needed to - but instead, they pluck away at innocent customers. Taking for granted the loyalty of the customer/client. Quite maddening this experience was. I feel so used. HAHA! So folks - the safest way to NOT have this problem is to not do those surveys, I guess...

Depends on the reward!! Thanks for the tip if I'm offered one I will screenshot it ask if it is legit get it in writing and then if it's yes take the survey. I got 50 free spins last night from my casino .10 won $4. 30 x wagering 😆😂🤣

See? This is what I'm getting at, right? At the very least, if one does want to contribute some feedback and there is an offer of a prize of some kind for doing so - ARM yourselves with some proof, although, I did have some proof and that didn't exactly fare well for me... Great job on the win! Now how fun was that! haha! You see, POINTSBET, it doesn't take much to make a client/customer happy - Nigeljc59 here won under 5 bucks and had a blast from reading his review here... this little event will certainly not create a sour client, now will it haha..

Hello there and thank you for sharing. Well, as you said, this is not really nice from the casino to do to their players. I can only agree with that, especially if you have complied with the conditions of this offer, which say that the survey had to be completed within a specific timeframe. Have you manage to do that, right? If yes, they should do as promised, so I can fully understand your position and your decision not to play at this casino anymore, if the support is not willing to at least explain the reason. I can also see from the few reviews written by other players at this casino, that players mentioned there, the casino has got a poor customer service. 🤷‍♀️ Have a look, if you wish, here 👈. Also, if you like to help others, you can write your own review, describing the experience you have had. Just click/tap on this link 👈, to do so. 😉
