I am currently in Israel and have provided them with an Israeli passport. Their rules do not state that I cannot register an account from the territory of Israel. Plus, I also sometimes live in the territory of the Russian Federation and can provide a passport of this country. A normal casino could at least return the money to the client, and not just block the account along with the funds. They also don't respond to emails. There is no feedback. Does this sound like normal customer service?

PokerDom stole my $16k AND is operating with an expired license
On 30/11/2024 PokerDom blocked my account "lilith" and confiscated my full balance (~$16k) under rules 4.2.2.2 / 5.4, with zero evidence of any violation. They first emailed me authorizing withdrawals during the restriction, then punished me for executing exactly that withdrawal. They gave me 21 days to record a verification video, then made support chat systematically unavailable so I couldn't comply, and used my "missed window" as the reason to confiscate.
Today, April 27 2026, PokerDom is STILL displaying "Curaçao eGaming License №1668/JAZ" on their registration page — a license that was officially terminated on October 1, 2024, with all sub-licenses expired in January 2025 under the new LOK. Per CGA directive of July 2025, displaying or operating under this expired license is illegal under Article 1.2(1) of the LOK.
