Hello, I went to see details in the complaint and found the casino's response. If I may say a few things, I really understand that you have had enough.

The last response is rather short given the scale of the matter, especially considering how long it's been going on.

It seems the casino has been aware of the complaint from the very beginning and mentioned the money laundering situation at least a month or so ago. While you, on the other hand, mentioned very concrete issues with repetitive rejections and even technical limitations on the site.

Well, I certainly hope the next update will be something we can actually work with.

Casinoguru kindly clarify me that for what are you still waiting for to take action on them. What else proof you want from me to show that this is intentional delay from rajabets and intentional rejection of my documents without valid reason.
