I am not at the point of wanting to make a formal complaint yet but I am entirely convinced Rakebit is going to find a way to deny my withdrawals. I have 2 pending and while at first they say they may take up to two business days, now they are telling me they have no timeline and it is being checked by data security officers. Um what? I literally deposit, play, get lucky, withdrawal. I used zero bonuses. Has ANYONE ever successfully withdrawn!?
May I ask, though, when exactly did you request your withdrawal, and if verification is needed as well?
I deposited 2000 USD to the site. I was lucky and the balance became 3400 USD. I applied for a withdrawal. After waiting 28 hours, they canceled my withdrawal request. Then, they excused me by saying that I was cheating and only allowed me to withdraw the money I deposited and deleted the remaining balance. I have 1400 USD left to get from the site. They definitely do not pay when you win money. All the screenshots, conversations, everything is still there. However, the site made excuses not to pay and then blocked my account. Do not become a member and make them pay, you will win but they will not pay you and close your account. They say they have a license but I could not find the license on the site.
Oh, I'm so sorry. Could you also tell me what you broke? Did the casino tell you anything specific about how you cheated or just in general? That's probably the best thing to know so we know if there's anything we can do to help. Did they end up taking all your money?
If they didn't tell you why they took your money and just took it from you, then I would file a complaint with us.

This site deleted my winnings and shut down my account without justification.
I clearly explained everything when I opened the case.
Do not believe the "play and win" comments here. The reality is simple:
Once you win, they will NOT pay you.
