It looks very much like a scam. Made a deposit via DOGE. It's been a long time. The transaction is confirmed. Their crypto wallet has my money, but I haven't received the deposit, and the tech support says that the deposit hasn't arrived and asks me to wait without any assistance. Be careful.

Hello, how long has it been since your transaction was confirmed but you still haven't received the money in your gaming account? Did they ask you for any proof that everything went through without any problems? In this case, I guess you just have to wait and hope that it gets resolved as soon as possible.

When copying the deposit address, you might end up copying a different address to your clipboard for some reason. This happened to me, and I accidentally sent all my money to another address. Now they say they will check that address for 24 hours.
I have already spent a lot of time and energy on this. I’m not sure whether this is a scam or just a bug, but I want to warn others that they might run into the same issue.

Unfortunately, the project appears to be a scam.
There is proof of the deposit. It can be verified in any blockchain explorer, for example on Blockchair. The funds were successfully sent to their wallet. However, the support team keeps saying that the deposit has not been received. This can be checked in just two minutes, yet they have been "checking" for more than 20 hours and still claim that the deposit never arrived.
After I provided them with clear proof of the transaction, they stopped responding and are now ignoring my messages. I hope someone reads this and saves their money by not making a deposit into this project.

Here is their final response. They say that I used the wrong address, even though it was copied from their website using their web interface. I did not receive any money. I am officially declaring that they are scammers

In this case, I would probably open a complaint on our website at this link. I'm not saying it's 100% certain, but maybe our team will be able to help somehow.
