My second casino and second time i won a little and casino is doing same shady stuff... Deposited around 2k over couple days... Get vip 3 etc... withdrawals i had were 400 and 300...processed swiftly....then deposited 200 and won 6k.... First it was slashed to 4k as my bet was 4 and maximum win is 1000x ....fair enough.... Maximum withdrawal per xay is 800....so at this stage i have 3x800 sitting there in limbo and no respond from them at all...chat saying wait....vip manager saying nothing...i know they want to play the money
..but this time i will not touch it and will make sure i get them out...

Hi Jaroslav....sure...its just silly isnt...i was on frumzi and this is what they done.. paid small amounts then delayed and then lovered my vip status and canceled withdrawals and limited my ability to withdraw.... This casino seems to follow similar patern... I am on day 6 - working day...and i still have 1500 balance outside the 2400 in withdrawals.... Vip manager responded saying its in final stage etc as always....so will see... I will keep this post updated and if they fail to proceed within 14 days i will submit complaint for sure...i nust hope that they dont cancel the withdrawals like other casino....
Ps: it says that they have official licence so they should in theory pay out....well at least on your website... Thats why i choose to play on this casino....

Yep....sending emails daily and contacting customer service... Vip manager no respond...CS saying backlog and delay... Exactly same situation... Once you keep playing withdrawals are coming...if you hit win and you are on positive equity the issues starts... No withdrawals and lovering VIP status to prevent further.... They will now cancel my withdrawals and reset the timer and lover my ability to draw daily and overall monthly will be massively capped.. result will be very little ability to get the funds at all.... I wonder if there even is an genuine casino around.

They stilk send me emails with cashback and offers even tho i said several times that until my winning are not processed there will be no deposit made ..
