Jeg kan se, at mange mennesker har fået deres konto suspenderet efter en bonusgevinst eller lignende hos RichCasino. Man bliver bedt om at sende en e-mail til deres sikkerhedsafdeling for mere information om oplåsning af kontoen. Er der nogen der har fået løst deres problem efter at have sendt en e-mail. Eller er pengene væk for altid?

I mit tilfælde vandt jeg 100 euro fra en bonus og formåede at sende en udbetalingsanmodning, men efter 5 dage blev min konto suspenderet uden forklaring.

Hello amilsuper, If I understand correctly , your account is blocked now, am I right? Are you sure your account was fully verified? Could you please tell me how many days ago you requested a withdrawal please?

They are most likeley scammers, locked account with full deposit in it still 3 months and not any answers to my email or any sign of a refund

I checked your complaint, while the casino stated that you opened multiple accounts in order to cheat, it seems that no supportive proof has been presented yet. Well, if the player is accused of breaching the rules, some explanation or evidence should be presented so the player is aware of the fact and can avoid that in the future.

Now the casino has 4 days to respond, so let's hope someone will get to us.

They are scammers. Livechat lies and dont answer anything about my refund and 4 months later no response to emails, stay Away.

The casino was penalized by awarding 1236 black points, the casino has made its decision by ignoring the request for further evidence.🙁

Yes i understand but the casino are legit scammers along with winward casino. Excact same support/security team and Website design. They refuse to answer any questions about ownership for a reason they are criminals

Ok, so after actually winning and completing a successful withdrawl ( With Casino Gurus assistance ), My account has had all deposit options removed. I've asked live chat about this, and they say I need to email security, I did this on the 26th, no response. It would appear they really do not like players that ever withdraw. Atleast I got my money, but the so called VIP status really means nothing here.

Casino has now for almost a year gone no show, no response to anything about my account being locked with my full deposit in it. Not a Single dollar from a win or bonus just my own money. All companis listed on these casino review sites that they say owns the casino are Shell companies that cannot be contacted, all emails do not exist so you cant even email them and even the affiliate program does not respond, they are not casinos but real scammers wich many other sites have said too now that i read them.

The casino has closed, so I would give up all hope. 🙁
