I would expect a constructive solution, because I see no other way to let you pass the deposit verification.

Perhaps this is a silly question, but are you certain the casino support understood that the bank couldn't issue such confirmation with IBAN included? I mean, in such cases a standard bank account confirmation, including the banking and holder's details + the deposit transaction details on a monthly transaction list or irregular transaction statement, should suffice.
