What do you mean exactly, though? That this card is not yours but a company card you work for, or something like that?

Have you used it to make a deposit to this casino?

It's a reloadable prepaid card I received as payment from a business. Yes I made one deposit with it, the one before I used the chip. It's attached to a payment site that has the card listed and my name etc if I had to prove ownership. It's a paypal hyperwallet card and I have screenshots of my name attached to it. I'll show the casino.

Just asked casino about verification again. Was told again to handwrite a letter lol

Asked why n he's like ask documents

Then he sez I must verify all cards used last 3 months...If I used the one card I no longer have then.It was much longer ago than three months like try at least six.

But anyhow , I started the ball rolling and send an email to Documents department. I'm gonna guess that I won't hear back from them until I go to chat and insist that they look at my email which is always the case in all of their casinos lol but I wanted to get started

Give it a go was surely a good approach and I'm looking forward to seeing what comes from the casino side.

To me, it makes sense they want you to verify all cards, especially when you use, let's say, a wider portfolio. Though I also understand that from a player's perspective, the approach can be better... Where did the handwritten letter come from? Well, that's kind of a surprise.

They've been telling me since the day.I cleared that way during requirement or one in chat that if I sent a handwritten letter specifically to them stating the situation with my card.I don't have any longer than they would remove it from the validation requirement ...sketchy. I asked them to tell me when or what the transactions were that I made w the cards n they won't divulge. Does that fly ... am I not entitled to that info when they are insisting I validate said cards??

Hmm, hard to say what's pushing the casino to such demands. And the lack of details regarding the transactions made by the aforementioned card looks like they are not entirely sure about the issue. Just saying I feel the same; you are not entitled to details but on the other hand, you are supposed to ask for the card to be excluded from verification. Well... there is definitely something the casino - risk management maybe - is not telling.

Do you know what's worse? Perhaps sending the weird letter is the easiest way to get over this phase...

I mean, I really do not have any miraculous advice until the entire context is clear.

Send the casino in my opinion is probably the fact they're con artists and cheap ___ks who don't want to part w 200 bucks you got to work for to win. I've put so much into that site monetarily with no withdrawals I can recall.

I just don't see them admitting receipt of any prospective snail mail from yours truly either way. They can act like it got lost in the mail and any number of excuses...I chalk it up to just being a ploy to stall and discourage me into giving up, cd be wrong too.

As far as the card that doesn't have my name on it.I have screenshots.I can send where it's connected to my account on that card company's platform.I'm just waiting for response from them like I said.

And i'm thankful for the fact that you n your team are hearing me out, being a sounding board etc. 🙏🤟💯
