I have been waiting since November the 8th to get paid and at first they said I need to Wait 7 to 10 days after that they have been saying bitcoin has experienced delays and I should Set up a second withdrawal method I've already done that several times and they don't seem to get the information.

They keep saying they're going to expedite it.

I am now on 14 business days with no end in sight

Sunrise Casino is a Scam!!!! Do Not Play Here!!! You have been warned….. I’m now on my 43rd day after full approval for $1123 and still have not been paid. If you have been paid here, you’re very lucky and should stop immediately. They are currently having payout issues but refuse to tell customers. So even though no one has been paid in 43 days, they continue to take deposits from customers who actually believe the payout time is 14 days. It is not. It’s Fraud for Sunrise to take this money from people that believe a payout time is 14 days while Sunrise knows full and well their current payout time is said to be 3 months. Stay far away, it’s a Scam Casino, maybe you have been paid in the past but it’s definitely over now.

sorry to say that, but if you check this whole thread, it is about the outrageous waiting time starting from 1 month...

To me, it seems, that things are getting worst. There are currently 17 open complaints against this one and the most frequent issue is: The player's withdrawal is delayed

Sadly, not all previously submitted complaints were solved 🙁

Feel free to submit your own complaint, I hope it will be resolved.

If I may add personal advice, always check how the casino deals with complaints to make sure that in case of an issue, there is a fair chance it will be solved. Another good way is to check the casino review and user reviews.
