Hello.


Yesterday (then today) I managed to run up a balance £1300 playing Big Bass: Secrets of the Golden Lake.


i won this on my 2nd deposit using a bonus which was long since wagered. My balance was free and not locked by a bonus of any kind.


the issue I’m having is more of trying to even make a withdrawal.


i deposited using Apple Pay via my Mastercard, but the withdrawal options only show crypto methods.


I attempted to make a withdrawal using Bit Coin (having to go to the effort of creating a crypto wallet), to then be told as I didn’t deposit using crypto then I can’t withdraw via crypto.


the question is how do I get my winnings? I’ve raised it with their support who allocated me a case number and are looking into it as Bank Transfer and Card Payment should be available.


the other issue is getting verified, I verified my ID and proof of address just fine but they want a proof of deposit requiring the following:


Amount

Date

Time

Name

Account No:

Reference (?)


The evidence I provided demonstrated all of the above except a reference which isn’t showing, in fairness I think this is due to the deposit still ‘Pending’ in my account so a reference may show on my statement in the next day or so.


all in all, I’m just worried of some fuckery here that I won’t get my winnings, anybody had experience with the SupraPlay/Amonbet casinos?

Hello, the most important thing will be to complete the verification first. If there was a problem, I would go to the bank and ask for a statement that would also show the references you are talking about. If it was showing a day late, then simply explain it to the casino and ask the bank if it will always be shown like this and if something can be done about it.

When we get to the selection and payment method, I would first ask if I can choose an alternative. If not, and the only thing you will be able to do is using crypto, you will probably have to make a verification deposit, but I would try to find out all that directly from them so that you know how to proceed.

So would it be possible to cooperate with the casino and let me know how it goes? If you don't know what to do and the casino would like to help you in some way, get in touch and we will try to do it.

Hey Jaro,


I'm still waiting for my deposits to Supraplay to show on my Bank Transactions/Statements, the bank have explained this can take a few days to reflect and change from 'pending'. As I deposited on Friday 8th November, I imagine the weekend had a part to play in the payments still showing as pending and hopefully show my on statements soon.

Once this happens I'll send an extract and (hopefully) complete verification.

As for the Withdrawal method, their site says that you can deposit via Mastercard/Visa etc but it doesn't show in the actual Wallet section, only crypto methods. All they say to this is that this is the only method available to me.


They have said that due to this being my only method of withdrawal, they will allow it in this case. I've set up a Crypto Wallet and Exchange account. Once I'm verified I plan to withdraw to my Wallet, send this to my Exchange in order to sell for GBP then withdraw to my Bank. Wish me luck and I will update on this matter.

Hey just an update.


im now fully verified but they rejected my withdrawal request in crypto again. The person in the live chat had simply told me email support even when I showed a screenshot of them saying I can use crypto as it is the only method available to me.


I kind of expected this to be honest, I’ve emailed support with multiple screenshots so we shall see what happens.

Yes, I understand that if you deposited on Friday, you have not yet seen it in the bank statement as completed.

As for the withdrawal, I hope there will be no further problems and everything will be sorted out and explained. If that is the only way you can withdraw then I don't understand why it happened and you got rejected.

But we'll see what they tell you.

Hello.


I spoke with Live Chat and they informed me that they've informed the Finance Department to not cancel my withdrawal of crypto as it's the only method available to me. I made sure to save a Transcript of this.


I put my withdrawal request in at 09:16 and they usually had cancelled it within two hours and it's now 11:53 so hopefully a good sign.

once the transaction cleared on my statements, I was verified very quickly.


it took a few times of contacting support to explain I only have the crypto method available for withdraw, once that finally reached the finance team they processed my withdrawal very quickly and it landed in my E Wallet within 2 hours.


i recommend Supraplay as they were helpful and paid out as promised, the only downside is if you’re UK based make sure you play with crypto only.

Nothing better could have happened for you today. It was probably better than you expected and when both the verification and the withdrawal were done in such a short time, it was worth waiting for. It's good that you explained to them everything that was needed and that it was resolved.

Yes I'm pleasantly surprised!


Yeah I'd continue playing there it's just a bit perniticky with the crypto deposits/withdrawals.


I managed to win £1000 again on another site (Vulkka Casino), appears to be brand new and belonging to the Neonix/WildWild family of Casinos.


I'm fully verified and it's been 24 hours since I put in the request, they apologised for the delay as it should take 24hrs max, I'll keep you updated on that also. I'd have posted about it on their own forum but they don't have an entry on this site.

It's possible that it's mainly because if you typed the casino correctly, we don't have it in our database. So you can share the url and we'll do a review. 

Alternatively, you can also start your own thread where you give the casino as a title and it won't mix with the one the thread is for. That would probably be best for now.🙂

It is actually nothing unusual for casinos to do an additional verification when it comes to larger sums, you know.

It is good that you cooperated this well, and hopefully soon they will send you your winnings.

May I ask when exactly you requested your withdrawal, please?
