Just thought I'd make people aware that this site doesn't accept UK players. This is despite the UK appearing in the country list and you don't know they don't allow UK users until after registration when you try to log in and find that your account is permanently locked.
Hi, so do I understand correctly that UK is not among the restricted when you look in Terms but once you register it will throw you a note like this? But you can register with UK credentials and then it happens? Do you have a screenshot of what it shows you?
Yes - so you can register with UK details. No mention of UK restrictions in the terms as far as I can see. UK is one of the options in the dropdown menu when you register on both country and phone number.

You then get an email verification link which works but when you then try to login you get the following message saying the account is locked.

When I emailed to query with support I was told:-
"Kindly note that you are not allowed to use Tipwin's services from the United Kingdom.
Therefore, your account has been permanently locked.
Thank you for your understanding."
I asked them why, in that case, I can register with UK details but they are yet to reply.
Okay then, I see there's a couple of inconsistencies in the casino. If UK players can't use the casino then I would say it should be clearly written in the Terms. But the second screenshot is more about self-exclusion. Is it possible that you self-excluded yourself from the group, or do you remember something similar?
I've also given it to our team to check, so they'll edit it if it's the same as you had.
I clearly understand, I was just making sure I got it right.
So let's try to fix it if our team encounters the same situation and change it in our review.
