1) The license they claimed was either unverifiable or possibly misrepresented.
2) We flagged certain parts of their Terms & Conditions as unfair to players.
3) There were concerns about the legitimacy and oversight of the operation.
These are not minor points, I'd say. They directly affect player safety and the overall trustworthiness of the casino, which is why they significantly influenced the Safety Index.
